Our quality control measures begin at the very initial stage of designing. We have a team of designers and textile technologists, who create products in tandem with latest trend. The company makes use of eco-friendly dyes and colors, thereby fulfilling its social responsibility. We use natural fabrics such as silk and cotton in the manufacture of the products. Our products are a rare combination of best quality, beauty and competitive price.

The garments and the fashion accessories manufactured by our company are reputed for being soft and luxurious to look at. The products are a testimony of the aesthetic fusion of traditional craftsmanship and hi-tech manufacturing process. Our products are available in a whole range of fabrics such as cotton, pure silks, woolen fabrics, synthetics, Jacquards, polyester, including the latest blends that are popular in the market. The entire range is offered in mind boggling prints, checks and stripes. We procure high quality accessories such as laces, threads, buttons, zippers, etc. from reliable suppliers.  The fabrics are acquired from Karur (famous for woven fabric), Bangalore and Banaras for the silk fabric.

Infrastructure
M.G.Enterprises is empowered by modern infrastructure comprising of a team of experienced and skilled craftsmen and technicians and a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. We have a Layering and Cutting Department where we fold and cut the fabrics using modern techniques. Our Sewing and Production Unit is endowed with over 50 single needle flat lock machines (Juki make), 4 thread over-lock machines (Yamata model 757) and button hole machines (Tokyo Juki Machine LBH 772), which enable us to produce 4000 quilts per month. We also make use of the Progressive Bundling System in accordance to the style. Our washing and dry cleaning department has sophisticated machinery of Fabcare.

The company also has a Packaging Department where, under the supervision of qualified technicians, the products are checked for the final time and are then labeled and packed. All the above mentioned departments and their respective functions are integrated in the most professional manner, so that quality standards are not compromised on and they meet global standards and customer expectations. We are headed by  professionals,  who have an in depth knowledge and understanding of the industry. The logistic professionals ensure hassle free shipments and clearances by the authorities thus resulting in timely delivery of the consignment.
